The hotel reception is beautiful. Lovely dessert in my room when I arrived which was lovely! I was given a complimentary mocktail as I was given the wrong closing time for the spa so I wasn’t able to use the facilities at the time. But it’s okay, I ended up going in the morning after my amazing breakfast! The room was spotless and great tv apps to watch films so at least it wasn’t just free-view channels. I will definitely be staying again! All the staff were very polite :)

While the hotel is somewhat older, my room was impeccably clean. However, what impressed me the most was the restaurant. I enjoyed a fantastic steak for dinner, and the following morning, I had an excellent breakfast. As an American, I must emphasize that it was the best breakfast I have ever had, featuring eggs, sausages, tomatoes, hash browns, croissants, fresh orange juice and much more! The breakfast experience was truly exceptional.

Edited as the stay was better than the booking process. Was not happy about the booking process experience however it was eventually rectified, after contacting customer care. The stay itself was spot on: room, amenities, complimentary fruit. Convenient for the flight next morning. Can only give 4/5 due to initial experience impacting.

It's situated near Heathrow International Airport, approximately 2 miles away from terminal 2 and 3. It is very convenient to take any International flight from this hotel. The employees of this hotel are very active and friendly with their customers. One can get quality and tastier food at moderate price. The rooms are provided with clean beds, hot and cold showers. Provisions are there for making tea or coffee in the room + electric iron for pressing clothes. It is especially good place for international travelers

I missed my connecting flight. The airline arranged this hotel for an overnight stay in Heathrow since the alternative flight had a layover. The airline provided £23 for dinner, specifically for use in the hotel restaurant. Upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that a reservation was necessary for the restaurant. We booked a table at 6 pm for 10 o'clock. However, when we arrived at the hotel's restaurant at 10 pm, we were told that we couldn't eat there, and instead, a buffet had been arranged in another room. Disappointed with the limited options—a few boiled vegetables and mashed potatoes for vegetarians, and some leftover meat with carrots for non-vegetarians—I expressed my dissatisfaction. We preferred to dine in the restaurant, but our request was denied. Frustrated, I approached the hotel reception, narrated the entire ordeal, and was met with laughter and rudeness from the receptionist. It felt like being in a prison rather than a hotel. We went to bed on an empty stomach and skipped breakfast the next morning due to their unprofessional behavior.
