October 2021Stayed here for 1 night prior to flying on holiday. Booked for the parking mainly and was not disappointed with the room apart from the pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

August 2021I loved this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have been to. The beds are really soft and the rooms are equipped with lots of amenities like soaps, an iron board and etc. This hotel offers variety of different foods to eat and they breakfast is fantastic. I would love to go again.

August 2021Pretty standard hotel really! Nice enough. Good shower. Food is decent enough. Drinks pricey - bring your own I'd say! Car parking is half price if you stay at the hotel - get your ticket validated at the reception. Staff friendly enough. Wouldn't stay here more than a night really. Classic airport hotel.

September 2021This was our first stay at the T4 Heathrow as we normally stay at the T5 sister property. Although slightly more remote, the hotel proved to be an excellent alternative. The modern decor and facilities are excellent, the rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, and all the staff were informative, professional and courteous. The rooms are on the small side if you have 4 pieces of luggage...but the restaurant facilities are good and worth a try. We will stay here again

May 2021Really comfortable bed, amazing room design, good lights for working on your laptop or studying and for chilling also. Easy access to charge devices. Professional staff. Definitely one of the best for a layover ,if not the best.
