Located on Hornsey high street, this pub is stunning, a real good looking pub that's aesthetically pleasing. This is in fact my second visit. This time we decided to have a quick bite, it was the spicy chicken wings and triple cooked chips that were calling out to us. The chicken wings were accompanied with a blue cheese dip and the triple cooked chips were hot, crispy and fluffy. We finished it off with the sticky toffee pudding served with salted caramel buffalo milk ice cream. Honestly one of the best I've tasted, not too sweet, paired with the ice cream it was to die for, trust me, trust me, I have tasted plenty. Although it was on the slightly pricier side at £8.50 per portion, it was decent. We loved it so much, we decided to order another portion, sadly they had run out of the salted caramel ice cream so we opted for vanilla. We realised the sponge was hard towards the end, perhaps it was warmed up in the microwave. Staff were friendly and polite, would definitely visit again. Great ambience inside especially with the candles all lit up. Accessible toilets. Beer garden and private function rooms available. Location 7/10 Food 7.5/10 Ambience 8/10

Wow the guys did an awesome job on the return. New staff is friendly, the new menu looks awesome but I'm still to try it. New setup and decor looks great, garden looks awesome with modern seating and huts. The place has private functions area upstairs and new seating layout. Best thing, they do craft beers, James really knows his stuff and a good wine and spirits selection. Give this place a go, you won't be disappointed
