November 2021Fedoline and her team was just Amazing! My brother's wedding reception took place here - and Fedoline ensured that the event was planned and ran smoothly on the day! It was such a memorable day! Right from the planning - Vel provided us with the oppurtunity to have taster sessions for meals - whereby the Chef was there to meet us and go through each of the 'starter and mains' - to ensure that it was of the 'right' taste. With regards to stage designs - Fedoline and her team were extremely flexible and full of ideas! The team was very responsive - always available via phone/txt - and were happy to answer any questions and suggestions!! Fedoline went over and beyond to ensure that we had a great day and she was so accommodating of all our ideas - that we are just Thankful to the entire Praba Banqueting Suite team for their unconditional support... Thank you :)

November 2021We went to this venue for my mother in law’s 60th Birthday and it was the worst experience of a venue ever. It was dirty, the owner was so rude and made excuses for raw meat kebabs being sent to the table along with lights that turned off in the toilets and made it pitch black. For the price it is, really not worth it. There are better venues with owners who actually care about peoples’ experience. Most definitely hygiene issues in the venue too. Everything was really dirty.

September 2021Don’t use Praba. Was at a wedding with them this weekend which they catered. The food was COLD. I was given chilli paneer, but it felt like I was eating cubes of ICE because it was so cold! We specifically asked them to bring the food warmers to the venue and they reassured this multiple times but they didn’t not provide this in the end with no explanation. Bartenders were VERY unprofessional. They were caught offering whole bottles of alcohol to guests at the end when they were instructed to store them for the hosts to take back. Terrible service. It was very clear their supervisor did not brief them on where the drinks should go. The drinks reception was between 6-7PM, but the drinks were not prepared until 6:45PM. A guest told me bartenders stuffed a bottle into his backpack at the end too. Waiters took away glasses at 11PM when we had an hour left of the party and refused to bring out clean ones. For the final hour, no one could use the bar because they were not providing the glasses. A waste of money. Decorations were a disaster. Broken centrepieces, tables the wrong size… They didn’t even have all the table numbers on each table! Was this the first time they’ve catered? No staff were aware of the itinerary of the day or the plans etc. Absolute shambles. It is clear Praba agreed with the client on things they didn’t end up delivering. Broken promises. They were very insistent of providing full upfront payment and it’s clear why. It’s just a very poor service. A disappointing experience with them.
