Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy 30. Booking cancellations must be made in writing and you will be liable for the following costs, depending on when the cancellation is made: a. Less than one week before your Event: you will pay 100% of the Full Cost. b. Between 6 weeks and 1 week before your event: you will pay 75% of the Full Cost. c. Between 6 months and 6 weeks before your Event: you will pay 50% of the Full Cost. d. More than 6 months before your Event: you will lose your Non-Refundable Deposit. 31. If you breach these Terms and Conditions of Hire at any time, we shall be entitled to cancel your Booking and/ or terminate your Event and you will be liable to pay as per clause 30. 32. We may cancel your Event at any time due to emergency circumstances of which we will be sole judge and, in such circumstances, any part of the Full Cost already paid, less any costs we have already incurred on your behalf, shall be refunded to you as soon as possible. We will not be liable to pay you any compensation.

January 2024Attended here this morning for Covid and Flu Vaccinations and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Very nice pleasant staff, very clean building. Toilets, library and café.

March 2024Visited the library to work. It's a bright airy space albeit not large in library space. It has a work table, PCs and few comfy chairs with tables. There is a kids library and play space area in one corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the public WiFi connects ok but seems to drop unexpectedly and you need to reconnect. I had the same experience in Linwood library. User experience needs looked into.
