The room we stayed in was very spacious, and had a very nice view. The bathroom was very nice and clean, and it had both a bath and a shower, and also heated towel holders. The staff were very nice and helpful, and they pulled out and pushed in the sofa bed for us. The location was also very convenient, as it was very close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. However, there were odd smells in the lobby and hallways.

It's an amazing I guess 4 star hotel perfectly located but most importantly they have trained their team so well I stayed eight days and I will had the chance to observe from housekeeping to the room service and the restaurant and the front desk concierge, the door, all impeccable. The one drawback if I had to say was that their gym was slightly outside of the hotel you needed to go out. A big congratulations to the management and team

Absolutely stunning hotel. We were treated like royalty from the moment we got out of the car to the minute we left. What an incredible hotel this is. The staff were immaculate, polite and very kind. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and had all we needed. We ate in the Chinese restaurant on our first night, Min Jiang, and had the Beijing duck. It was incredible. Well worth a visit but you must book. We also ate in Origins and spent the evening in the Piano bar on our second night. They had a really good entertainer on who played the piano and sang. We really enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 young children. The rooms were spacious and very nice inside. The carpet was worn and bare in areas, and once the sofa bed was out, you couldn't use half the room due to the layout, but that wasn't an issue. The cupboard with the kettle in had a light which didn't turn off, which was annoying during the night. Room service was great, the gentleman came immediately when we rang as the phone didn't work properly and he knew we wanted to order something. Really kind and friendly staff. I'm not sure I would call it a 5 star because of the room issues, but it was a great hotel, and we would definitely stay again as we visit London regularly.
