Found just off of Kensington High Street down a retro neon-lit staircase, Dirty Bones Kensington’s chic subterrean interiors also house conference and meeting facilities complete with top of the line AV equipment and an optional private DJ booth available for hire.
Serving up NYC-inspired comfort food and playful cocktails to a carefully curated playlist of old-school hip-hop, funk and soul – think chicken & waffles, cheeseburger dumplings and burnt onion & ale beef short rib – our talented and energetic crew dish the goods to a backdrop of live music every Thursday night, along with a cure-all boozy brunch menu on weekends.

Our West London original loves a party and drinks and group bookings are taken throughout the week. The Kensington private lounge is perfect for groups of up to 30 seated or 50 standing and comes with a private bar and mobile-enabled sound system. Bigger groups can book our main restaurant area.

I really enjoyed the place! The food came swiftly, the drink was delicious (and I got it for 5£ during cocktail hours) and the shake was really well made. It was the first time I saw a Mac&Cheese Brisket Burger and it didn't disappoint! Left there satisfied and happy. And of course the decoration is pretty cool!

When I went, there was live music playing and the decorations were adorable. The food was also quite good. Many Thanks for this super service.

Very nice atmosphere, more than decent prices, good selection. The chicken and waffles was really good. The lamb fries were decent. I am definitely keen to visit again and try some of the burgers.

This is a mixed review as we had some really great dishes, and some we were disappointed in. Cheesy fries - 7/10. Good portion, needed more truffle as we couldn’t taste it but the cheese sauce was great. Lamb fries - 10/10. The lamb was SO tasty and went great with the spice. Cheeseburger dumplings - 9/10. Very tasty, does what it says on the tin. Mac daddy burger - 5/10. Good idea, tasty mac, but poorly executed. There wasn’t enough sauce and the burgers were well-done so it came out pretty dry. Flavours were good but it was hard to eat. Service - 6/10. Staff were friendly on arrival and took our order quickly, but did not check back on the food and were not easy to make eye contact with if you needed something. Felt somewhat forgotten. Atmosphere- 7/10. Cool bar, but freezing cold in the aircon so our food went cold QUICK. Overall an ok experience but for the price, we would have expected more from the service and the burgers. Would probably go again for the fries though.
