With over 30,000 different species of plants, Kew’s living collection is the largest and most comprehensive in the world, making TW9 the world’s most plant bio-diverse postcode. There are over 40 different listed buildings and structures within the Gardens housing a selection of Kew’s living plant specimens, as well as the world famous Economic Botany Collection. Today our buildings are used for such diverse purposes as art galleries, exhibition spaces, education centres, restaurants and event venues.
