    I travel about 35 weeks a year and hesitate to review hotels. Sometimes, however, you have to stop for a second and say thank you. I’ve stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times, and on each occasion the experience is superlative. The rooms are clean and generous for Central London. However, what most stands out is the staff; they are literally delightful, always happy to help and truly make you feel welcome which is unusual these days. I can’t praise this hotel enough. It is well organized, well located, and a real gem. Please, I beg of you don’t put up the prices!

    As an American traveling abroad, I really appreciated this hotel. The room and facilities were excellent, even having US outlets in the rooms (WOW!!). On top of that the breakfast was amazing. It is about 200 yards (or meters if your from this side of the pond) from Kilburn Station on the underground which is perfect to get anywhere in the city quickly but not close enough that you have a lot of noise. Overall would recommend staying here over other locations in London, both geographically and from a quality perspective.

    The location of this hotel is great, convenient, lots of local shops and eateries (mostly fast food), easy and pleasant walk to Underground station that brings you to where you actually want to be in London. It is clean and well-furnished. All bedding etc. was of high quality. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is quite good, and is a great benefit for Bonvoy members Platinum or higher. From a Marriott portfolio perspective, I'd say it is on the border between a Marriot proper and a Courtyard (or AC Hotel). No lounge, small and usually crowded lobby, tiny rooms even by London standards, low ceilings. Overall a good experience but definitely on the border of the Premium tier.

    Mixed bag here. Part really good, part really bad. Good things first, the room was small but nice and clean, good air conditioning, great bed, I slept like a log. Location is great, short walk to Kilburn tube station. The bad bits. They lied about having a pool. They don't. I expected a nice easy swim in the morning, but it's off site in a gym they have a deal with. Other guests were complaining too. The staff were also poor. Really not interested in us being there. Didn't tell us anything about breakfast, grilled me about ID as if we were in the USSR, didn't even point me to the lifts or tell us what floor the room was on. TV also kept on glitching out. I had far better service at the Holiday Inn last time I stayed. I'll look for an alternative next time I'm in London.

    We stayed there for two nights. Overall the food was amazing. The room was a little bit old but spacious and clean but I was upset by the service, it’s not marriot standard for me. Front staff were friendly and helpful, but I was a little bit disappointed by the service from cleaning staff and restaurant staff at night. I requested the item to my room, and the staff who gave the requested item to me looked quite pissed. And the staff at the restaurant at night weren’t helpful at all.
