Enjoy going here really friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose but anytime I have won anything it has been here. Nice food but a shame because they took out the machines I liked to play most on so I removed a star for that reason only.

Come here if you want to loose all your money due to plain and simple tactics that stop anyone from getting actual wins

Very fixed. No major wins: not even many minor wins. This is why its better to frequent the casinos along hagley road. So disgusted by these one's blatant greed and lack of understanding around the art

Not a 24 hour casino at all. What they mean by 24 hours is that the building is open 24 hours for you to play electronic slot machines. Actual casino games (blackjack/roulette) are not 24 hours at all. I.e. if 'out of hours', there will be a person or 2 person at the entrance, which will likely be the only staff member you encounter. As a regular visitor in London I was sorely disappointed by the experience in Birmingham (Britain's 2nd largest city). Do not claim to be a 24 hour casino if that is not what you're willing to offer (i.e. electronic slot machines over traditional casino games).
