Named after the listed antique Hepper House, the Hepper private room at Ibérica in Leeds is a stunning space that can seat up to 26 people.
Our group menus include our most popular tapas to share in the Spanish style we are famous for. For standing up events, we have designed canapés to bring the flavours of Spain in a bite. La Bodega is our very own little hidden gem tucked away on Park Cross St. The perfect venue to host your celebration featuring Spanish craft beer, sangria and wines.
Have you ever seen a carver hand carving ham in an event in Spain? Someone making sangría to welcome your guests? We can make that happen for you!
The whole restaurant can be exclusively booked for an event with an authentic Spanish style! There are no words to describe it, so you’ll just have to check it out!
The Hepper Room is a fully private space, with its own bar and toilets, and can seat up to 26 on one large table, as well as being able to break into four smaller tables if needed! The room can hold around 45 guests standing as well, so is the perfect space for networking events, mixers or informal gatherings as well as seated dinners.
It also has a projector and screen that can be used for presentations, slideshows and meetings.

Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY 1. Credit card details are required in order to secure all event reservations (over the phone only). This card will be held only as a ‘guarantee’ of attendance by the party and no money shall be deducted from this card if the following booking conditions are met. 2. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice to cancel a secured booking to avoid a penalty charge of £10.00 pp. booked. 3. Final numbers should be confirmed by the guests no later than 24 hours before the event. 4. If any cancellation or reduction on party size within 24 hours prior the event were to occur, there may be a cancellation fee equivalent to the full menu price as already agreed. 5.
