September 2021We stayed over last Friday. We were upgraded to the top floor which was a lovely surprise. The room was extremely clean. The facilities brilliant and the bed was comfortable. The concierges were really polite and helpful. We paid the £10 for breakfast and it was unbelievable! The food was continental, plus a hot selection. The staff really topped our visit off. The breakfast team were so nice. A gent, lady and two younger girls (sorry we didn't get their names) couldn't do enough for us. They really are a credit to your business. Highly recommended x Thank you so much x

September 2021Very close to the Leeds railway station. Very clean, reasonably priced and helpful staff. Room was big, bed very comfortable with Espresso machine for a nice cup of coffee. A bottle of still and sparkling bottle was also provided. No parking at the hotel however The hotel have a link with a nearby car parking place and can get you a decent discount.

September 2021Lovely hotel in the centre, so very ideal with a 5-10 minute walk to local bars & restaurants. Great spacious rooms, we had a trio room, comfy. Staff who we saw in reception seemed very friendly. Would stay again.

September 2021Excellent City position but there it ends. Booked an "Executive Room" but that ends with the name. Room up to date and modern but believe it or not they only make the Bed or tidy the Room every third day. Breakfast would of been better if served the night before & was served with Cold Mushrooms & barely warm food at a temperature that contravenes Food & Hygiene Regs. Staff are excellent with their Customer Liaison but there seems to be a lack of Front of House Management & if there was a Lapel Identification Name Badge might help. Sorry but I would rate a Travel Lodge better and definitely this Hotel is not value for money.
