The Princes Exchange Centre is sited in a landmark seven-storey contemporary, glass building at a prestigious address overlooking the River Aire. It is in central Leeds next to the financial district where neighbours include major high street banks, solicitors and accountants.
As well as having a modern, striking design, this building offers fabulous views across the bustling city centre and is next to footpaths for enjoyable riverside strolls. Leeds is the capital of the Yorkshire and Humber region and one of the leading business locations in Europe.
Thanks to its diverse economy it has been able to survive and recover from economic downturns better than many other European cities. Over the last decade, developers have been re-shaping the city's skyline with major investment projects and the value of the city's economy is projected to grow by over a quarter in the next 10 years.

The space is 7 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

Fraud! Three months into my contract, I received an invoice for a deposit I had already paid. Despite querying this via email and receiving no response, I later got hit with a late payment fee for the same deposit. After disputing this, I was informed it was a new deposit because I didn’t set up automatic payments, yet my attempts to clarify were ignored. Upon terminating my contract and giving notice, I received another late payment invoice, resulting in two fees deducted from my deposit.
