St Mary’s is a stunning, Grade 1 listed central London venue which due to its versatility and excellent, modern facilities is an exceedingly popular choice for many different events.

The full venue is available for hire, including the beautiful, spacious Auditorium and large, functional Lower Floor. Combined these rooms offer over 780m sq of open plan space. The venue can host up to 700 guests and is fully accessible. St Mary’s also includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen and high specification technical system.

St Mary’s Venue is excellently located, just north of Oxford Street and a short walk from Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road and Marble Arch stations.

Please note that we have special measures and policy in place to ensure our venue is COVID safe. Should your event be cancelled due to government advice we will refund the balance of the event. Alternatively we will be happy to find you an alternative date in the same year at no extra cost.

The Auditorium is a versatile and spectacular space. Featuring wooden floors, stained glass windows and 15m high ceilings this grand setting is certain to impress your guests. Considerable investment in our sound and A/V system offers a high quality technical experience.

Newly renovated, the Lower Floor is a flexible and spacious environment included in the hire of the main auditorium. The exposed fittings create a modern, industrial feel which creates the perfect blank canvas for your event. This space also contains a movable soundproof wall, allowing you the flexibility to create two separate areas. Additionally, the three, side meeting rooms make superb green rooms or breakout spaces.

if you are looking for a unique event venue this former church will certainly provide that. There's a really spacious basement area for catered meals for large groups and the former church space really opens up and allows you to host all manner and style of event. Really conveniently located so it's also easy to get to for companies that maybe want to host an event and are based centrally.
