January 2024Had a wonderful Saturday on the Ultimate Fish & Shellfish course. John, our Chef Tutor made a wealth & range of recipes, techniques & industry knowledge accessible, fun & incredibly delicious. Everything was easy to emulate at home & clearly explained. This was a gift & by far the best present I’ve had. Heartily recommend for anyone interested in cooking & sustainable living.
