Hotel spotlessly clean as were the rooms. Reception staff on check in and checkout were very happy, helpful and pleasant. Great touch offering 20% discount on bar and coffee shop. Definitely stay again

Will definitely come back, it was honestly such a great experience with a friend. He’s a huge Beatles fan so it was nice to be able to share that with him. Very friendly staff, it was nice and cosy and the hotel is really clean. They also gave us a card where we could get 20% discount off every drink and food we wanted. If you want to stay somewhere in the centre of Liverpool even if you’re not a Beatles fan, I recommend this hotel. PLUS it is really safe in there and you have so much to do around.

Such an amazing hotel, staff were all lovely and very accommodating, the hotel was clean and in a perfect spot! 😆 the only thing that could’ve made the room better is, the bed… it was two singles pushed together and one side was extremely squeaky at the slightest move, also the extractor fan in the bathroom was constantly on with no way of turning it off, so was like white noise in the background when the door was closed. We had a double room with a balcony that looked over the side and front of the hotel as we were on the corner, we could hear the music from the cavern club/pub from our room! It was amazing! Overall would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, incredibly located (for both Beatles fans and not so much). Literally close to everything the city has to offer, very easy to access from Lime station (about 15m walk). The Cavern Club is right around the corner, as well as Liverpool One and the docks. Breakfast was great as well, and you could also order specific items from a menu. Only drawback was there were only 2 elevators, and one of them was out of service (and remained so for the 4 days of our stay). Would absolutely recommend.

Few problems with my account, which we had to keep going to reception each day. Rooms ok TV didn't work, kept turning off. Bed uncomfortable was two singles pushed together, horrible flat well used pillows. Breakfast good choice, coffee great, cooked breakfast was cold, Blonde restaurant waitress never smiled at all, the waiter was lovely and friendly. First morning no bread, no glasses, no cups had to ask for it all. Really good info of the Beatles on walls. Wouldn't stay there again, due to all the above, and problem with them over charging me, which was stressful during our stay.
