Queues unmarked, had to queue twice as we bought a ticket. Drinks overpriced, false advertising as the online menu was a lot cheaper! No seating areas other than VIP, most toilet door locks broken. Badly and understaffed bar, huge waits for drinks because the poor bar staff were overworked with people. Rude and abrupt bouncers and security, asked security for help and they proceeded to drag out my friend and dump her on the side of the road, against their duty of care. Wouldn’t allow me to leave with a drink (in a plastic cup!) and wouldn’t allow me to go the toilets even though I had proof of pay and a ticket stamp, proceeded to push and shove me even though I was polite and asked him not to touch me. One bouncer in particular left a poor girl vulnerable and on the floor after falling over, despite being asked multiple times to help. Bouncer refused to give his name and tried to take my phone from me when I was ringing for help. Male security in the female bathroom, which was uncomfortable for all. All bouncers were confrontational and rude, I understand it’s a hard profession but there was no need to be near-on abusive. 100% would not recommend, service provided was disgusting!! Unprofessional and disgraceful!!

The queue system is shambles and so is the ticket system. There is no communication between the staff so one would say go queue there for tickets than one would say it is sold out but 5 minutes later you see more people queuing. It is very odd. The place itself is ok and spacious but gets so packed and it is hard to enjoy it when everyone is crammed. The music was so and so, probably need to get better Djs to speed things up a bit in some rooms.

Left My phone In the club and was messaging the night club and ringing them and emailing and got back no response, they replied to my friend telling her to be patient and considerate. Really Bad customer service. Still haven’t managed to get through to them and haven’t gotten my phone back this is almost a week later.

We went to the shop and the door staff made us queue up again even when we had a stamp Cost £4.75 for a desperados which the bar staff can’t pour properly got like 12% head on a 500ml drink
