Organising an event can be a very exciting and rewarding experience, but also sometimes challenging, especially if it is not something you do regularly. The Conferencing and Events Team at Liverpool Hope University is here to ensure that you have a great experience and will work with you to help deliver your perfect event.

Liverpool Hope is also the ideal choice for experienced event managers wanting to work with an dedicated and flexible Conferencing and Events Team to deliver seamless professional conferencing.

Opened in January 2012, the Arbour Room is located in Hope Park’s EDEN building in Childwall and forms part of a large space comprising the EDEN Lounge and bar area.

Featuring innovative sliding wooden and glass panel walls, the space can be adapted depending on the size and nature of your event. With the panels closed, the circular wooden tables seat up to 90 guests comfortably, or opened up to include the adjoining space, can accommodate 150 guests. This flexibility makes the Arbour Room the ideal venue for conferences, weddings and other gatherings that require catering.

The teachers and professors need to learn to reference their own work (their power points and presentations) before telling their students to reference their essays when they don't know where the teachers got their information from. We use the power points in the lectures and seminars to help write our own essays but they are not referenced? How are lectures and presentations any help to us then if we cant use the information? Hypocrites. This needs to be brought to all the lecturers' attention, and needs to be changed for less stressed out students. Better communication. Thanks.
