Very well located, on Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus station just a stone's throw away. The room was quiet and overlooked the pedestrian street behind. The spa is charming with a very warm welcome (special mention for Mélissa). All the staff are perfect, whether it's the housekeepers, the gallery, the reception or the concierge. We will come back with pleasure.

Let me begin my comment by saying: the smell here was amazing & unique 💕 I loved the hotel, with its bright luxurious design , contemporary modern . very clean & well kept Location : GREAT , though it is in the heart of the city, the sound isolation is good enough 👍 We had the ( grand deluxe room ), beds were comfortable , the view is amazing on Regent st ( which is great bonus in holidays season 😍) you have to ask for it , since not all rooms have the same view. The lights & curtains keys are easy to use unlike some comments read here? There is nespresso coffee machine of course,, and the water bottles all complementary 😍 Receptionist were okay in general, but special shout out to Georgina Baldwin who made our stay special & memorable , introduced us to the room & facilities , she was really sweeeet with my son 😻😻 Housekeeping: morning & turn down, though they missed a morning cleaning once, but we were compensated by late checkout Facilities: bubbles cafe, green bar, the grill restaurant ,, I really regret not trying the afternoon tea in there 💔 they also have spa but we didn’t have the time to use it as well,, may be next time💗 Unfortunately the kids club were closed , it’s only open in UK school holidays time , really wish it’s open all year long.
