We were fortunate to have stayed at The Londoner for 2 nights this week. It has been a thoroughly wonderful experience. We could not praise it enough. From the moment we walked into the hotel, the team of staff took care of our luggage, gave us a complete orientation of the hotel’s facilities and lead us to the wonderful room where the Champagne were chilled, and the delicious canapes await. The room was spacious with fantastic views over Trafalgar Square, London eye, The Big Ben and beyond. It was a wonder sight to treasure. The hotel is thoroughly modern with the Retreat offering plenty of leisure and recreational facilities. We especially recommend the Residence where the atmosphere is friendly, service attentive and Tea & Coffee are complimentary. Being in the centre of West End, The Londoner is within walking distance to China Town, the theatres, museums and plenty of sightseeing attractions. We have stayed in many hotels around the world. We would recommend The Londoner as the best hotel when visiting London. Thank you, The Londoner, for looking after us.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Hotel. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we were treated like VIPs, escorted to our room by the desk agent who checked us in. The complimentary daily breakfasts were delicious and got us started for our days. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful in finding fun spots to visit and getting us rides. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day. The room was a little on the small side, but everything was optimally organized and positioned to allow for comfort. The Toto toilet was also amazing😃! My wife and I thank The Londoner staff, one and all, for a wonderful and memorable stay. We will recommend The Londoner to everyone we know, and look forward to spending time with you again.

I want to start by having this said first Possibly one the best hotel I've ever stayed in London if not the best. As soon as you walk through the doors the noise and chaos of Leicester Square disappears. Soothing, serene and beautifully decorated. The staff are phenomenal, always available to help, I had a small incident with one of the staff and the manger of the hotel himself took care of everything and offered me multiple things. The rooms are a good size and incredibly quiet - I didn't hear a peep from other guests, or from outside. The beds are huge and comfortable. Showers are small but fabulous Japanese toilets. Toiletries are great, as are the slippers so soft! In room dining is fast, fresh and delicious I recommend you try the breakfast. The Retreat downstairs is magnificent. Steam room, sauna, pool and plenty of space to relax, I'm just disappointed the massage wasn’t as good as the everything in the hotel! From front desk, to cleaners, door men and concierge, every single person was kind, friendly and happy to help. You are right in the centre of London, easy walking distance to 100s of restaurants, close to multiple tube stations and bus stops. Great location to explore. They have a roof top bar which is also nice and usually busy on weekends. At the stage which the first lounge/bar for an afternoon tea and again one of my greatest memories in this hotels and you should try having an afternoon tea or enjoy a sip of coffee at night and enjoy the live performance. Overall don’t hesitate to book this hotel if you want to have a different experience especially for couples.

We recently stayed at The Londoner and would like to share my feedback. While the hotel boasts a fantastic location and friendly staff, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction due to a significant issue that marred our experience. Despite the positives, the presence of an in-house club was not disclosed during our reservation, leading to a sleepless night. I believe that the well-being of guests should take precedence over profit, and the omission of information regarding the club was a blatant disregard for the health and comfort of patrons. The fact that the hotel intentionally withheld information about the club, subjecting guests to potential disturbances, is utterly unacceptable. It reflects a prioritization of profit over the overall guest experience. I find this disregard for transparency and guest well-being to be outrageous. I am contemplating pursuing legal action, including a claim for damages, as it seems that only such measures will resonate with the seemingly arrogant hotel owners. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary changes to ensure future guests are not similarly inconvenienced. Absolutely, mere offers of a 20% discount on the next stay, a bottle of wine or any complimentary breakfast do not address the fundamental issue of inadequate disclosure about the in-house club. Such gestures, while appreciated in other contexts, fall short of rectifying the significant inconvenience caused by the lack of transparency. The focus should be on preventing future occurrences and ensuring that guests are fully informed about potential disturbances during their stay.

"My recent stay at the Londoner wasn't quite what I expected. While the initial impression was positive, my experience took a turn for the worse when I unfortunately fell ill during my trip. I informed the hotel staff about my illness which was not contagious and I have the test results with me, hoping to find a solution that would allow me to rest and recover comfortably. Unfortunately, their response wasn't what I anticipated. Instead of offering alternative arrangements or understanding my situation, the hotel decided to terminate my stay. This left me feeling unwell, disoriented, and without a place to recover. While I understand hotels have policies in place, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown during my time of need. To add to the frustration, the hotel refused to refund the remaining days of my booking despite the unforeseen circumstances. This left me feeling financially burdened on top of dealing with my illness. Overall, my experience at [The Londoner] fell short of expectations. While the facilities themselves may be adequate, the lack of understanding and flexibility during a difficult time left a negative impression. I would recommend potential guests to carefully consider their options and potential risks before booking, especially if they are concerned about unforeseen circumstances."
