We have stayed at the Londoner twice. The second time was even more relaxing. We came here during the holidays and for New Year’s Eve. The rooms are small but pure luxury. The aroma therapy in the hotel lobby lives in my head rent free. We love the lobby bar. The bartenders and every staff member we encountered were extremely friendly. We cannot wait to go back!

Spent the weekend for my birthday in London and we stayed in the Londoner. Superb location, great service and love all the amenities. The room is bit small but not unexpected in a central location like this and it is well compensated by the details and facilities in the room. Great vibe in the lounge bar/cafe and we had breakfast everyday in the hotel. Will try the rooftop bar and restaurant next time for sure. Will be back.

I recently stayed at The Londoner Hotel and was genuinely impressed! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The decor is spot-on, giving the place a modern yet cozy feel. My room was spacious, with all the amenities I needed, making it a great retreat after a busy day in the city. Also, the lounge area is perfect for getting some work done, or just chilling with a good book. Definitely a top pick for a stay in London.

Super central location on Leicester Square - great for theatres and cinemas. This is a very conformable hotel where the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It has many floors of accommodation as well as numerous basement floors for the large ballroom, gym and spa. We found the rooms and especially the bathroom, a little small and dark. The mattress was also a little hard; however, I slept OK. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant has everything you could ever want to eat, and service was great. Checkout time was fantastic and flexible, giving us time to use the spa after breakfast.

Overall 4 stars. Came for an afternoon tea with friends to celebrate baby shower. The whole experience took nearly four hours due to slow service and the area is really small… staff wasn’t very attentive no extra tea was offered after we finished tea. The sandwiches weren’t great. The cakes and scones were delicious. Hotel is very clean and toilets are amazing! The atmosphere was great too with some relaxing music.
