Run by a team that included the award-winning chef Elena Arzak, the restaurant now holds its own Michelin star. The uninitiated can expect to eat Arzak’s innovative ‘new Basque’ cuisine, pairing the earthy flavours of the Spanish region with cutting-edge cooking techniques. Decorated in the same contemporary style as the restaurant itself, the private dining room suits groups of up to 24. Exclusive hire of the restaurant takes the reception capacity to 100 guests.
