Bringing you over 500 whiskies, signature slushie cocktails, an award winning wine list and live Blues music 7 nights a week in a fun and relaxed environment.

Canary Wharf is the biggest Big Easy to date; located in Crossrail Place at park level with a huge roof terrace with sweeping views over Canary Wharf.

The Captain's Table seats up to 26 maximum and of course smaller numbers work just as well. This room benefits from direct access to the Terrace and is just off from the Rum Lounge where we have live music playing every evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We Had a reservation for the other big easy branch. Nonetheless we could enter and could cancel the other reservation( despite it being peak time) Food was very good, prices are ok too. Would definitely recommend the brisket. Recommended place Would visit again.

Ah, Big Easy Canary Wharf, where the festive spirit meets a carnivore's paradise! Visiting during the Christmas rush was like stepping into Santa's grotto, if Santa was a barbecue enthusiast. The place was buzzing with energy, packed tighter than a Christmas stocking. We arrived to find a queue snaking through the reception like a conga line that lost its rhythm. But oh, the food! It's a barbecue galore, a symphony of smoky flavours that could make a vegetarian reconsider. The live music added to the ambience, turning every bite into a rhythmic munch. Luckily, our private room was an oasis of calm in the lively storm that was the main restaurant area. Nestled in the heart of fun – surrounded by bars and excitement – the location is a winner. Though the prices might make your wallet a bit lighter, it's the perfect spot for a staff night out. Think of it as an investment in team morale! In summary, Big Easy is the place to be if you're after great food, a lively atmosphere, and don't mind queuing up for a bit of Christmas cheer!

Nice big restaurant with warm welcome. Well organised reception. Staff were friendly. Food orders taken without delay. Food and drinks served quickly. Food was nice and hot. Good quality and well presented. Good selection of food for all palates. Good range of steaks, chicken, burgers and seafood etc. The atmosphere was good although the music was pretty loud. I like music but we all ended up with sore throats trying to speak loudly! We spent just over £50.00 per head for drink, main course and dessert.

My colleagues and I had an enjoyable team meal at Big Easy in Canary Wharf, taking advantage of their January promotion - the 'Taste-O-Rama' for £10 (usually ~£22). It included St Louis Pork Rib, Carolina Pulled Pork, and Bar.B.Q Chicken with generous servings of their coleslaw, baked beans, and cornbread. The chicken was good and made me feel the meal was off to a good start. The pulled pork impressed even further, though I found the pork rib a bit dry. This was easily improved with their house BBQ sauce, but I feel it shouldn't have been necessary to add this to enjoy it. Of the sides, the coleslaw was a standout, which I recommend having a serving of it with anything you order. The the chunky chips were certainly enjoyable too. The cornbread was dry however, and definitely not a highlight. I can't comment on the beans as I did not partake, being that I'm generally not an enjoyer of beans and peas. Big Easy's downfall that day was the level of service. Finding a waiter was difficult, and some requests took longer than expected. In particular, it took us around 10 minutes to receive a bottle of water, after having taken around the same amount of time to get a waiter's attention in the first place. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially at £10. Even at the regular price, you'll likely find it worth it, though I hope the ribs aren't always as dry as the one served to me that day!

This brings me great sadness that I’m writing this poor review. Party of 3 had 2 COLD, tasteless, portions of the boozy brunch home smoked BBQ. I’ve been going Big Easy for many years, I usually get “TASTE-O-RAMA!” So I know how it’s supposed to taste. I could never fault Big easy before yesterday. We even told the waiter about the cold food and he put it on his notes for the next one to come hot. This was ignored by the chief. Very disappointing as my friends have never been and I’m always raving about Big Easy. I’ll just not get the brunch. You cannot take away which makes me think, are you recyling the food? We only had 2 portions anyway. The second was small. The senior allowed me on this occasion. On the plus side the waiter was great. It was really busy, the drinks were flowing.
