Brand Exchange, a private members' club and events space available to hire, is a meeting place for business people with an interest in brands and finance. If you are looking for stylish surroundings for business or pleasure, look no further.

Brand Exchange provides the ideal location for small events; this Grade II listed building with historical character and modern facilities is fully equipped with AV equipment and offers in-house catering to help create a memorable event. Accommodating up to 70 guests, Brand Exchange offers a fantastic setting for board meetings, AGMs, press conferences, product launches, company announcements, sit-down dining, cocktail parties, Christmas parties and drinks receptions.

The Gallery is the main flexible space here at Brand Exchange and it can be arranged into a number of different configurations to suit your event. It is one of the few rooms in The City that boasts windows on both sides of the room. This, along with its high ceilings, provides a natural and fresh feel to the room, making it ideal for any event. Accommodating up to 70 guests standing, this room is perfect for intimate medium scale-events. The Gallery has been used for many different types of events. The room works well for conferences, presentations, business meetings, photo shoots, filming, interviews and product shots. The room is equipped with electronic blinds and light dimmers which help provide the ideal setting.

Cancellation policy

Please note that should you find it necessary to cancel your function, the following cancellation charges will apply. We will make every effort to re-let the space in order to reduce any cancellation charges. (a) Cancellation within 6 weeks of your function: 50% of the tariff rental. (b) Cancellation within 4 weeks of your function: 75% of the tariff rental. (c) Cancellation within 2 weeks of your function: the full the tariff rental.

In addition there will be a VenueScanner admin charge. Show Ts & Cs.
