Description

Late Night London has got a fresh new experience for you with Core! We are big on thinking, but also eating, drinking, dancing and fooling around behind the bike-sheds. We thought long and hard about our food and drink to bring you a serious taste selection that can cater to every whim, whatever your intentions. The cocktails are delicious, exciting and immense so go on, make sure you have a proper butchers around the place!

Step into Core’s first bar and find yourself transported to the urban ‘shabby chic’ streets of New York. Perfect for lunch time bookings, after work drinks and smaller corporate functions, this room has a mismatch of chairs and tables which you can chop and change to your heart’s desire.

Treat yourself and try one of our fabulous Brew and Brew coffees, unique beers or acclaimed cocktails! Whatever you require, this room is elegant with a pinch of insanity and can cater for up to 60 people.

First thing’s first, the food tastes good. Ok - that’s out of the way. Ordered a wrap with onion rings which was too complicated for the staff so received salad and onion rings (paid for both...) salad is lazy: shredded lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes and onions put on top. My 3 pound onions rings only came with 5. That’s right... 75p per onion ring... Drinks didn’t fare much better. A double gin and tonic came out watery with a suspect lime shoved in. Ultimately the place looks nice, it wants to be good, and for grabbing a pint it might very well be. But don’t order anything that is different from the menu and stick to beer.

First time here with my work colleges. Terrible experience. Mate got kicked out because he got sick in the toilet. Well hellooo what do you expect in a place like this?? Also the toilet attendant was extremely annoying even pushy to get money out of people. Because of this I was becoming anxious to go to the toilet. Will never return to this place

Nice place. Smallish area to sit outside but when it's good weather and you can get a table it's great. Happy hour freedom 5-7pm (i think) which is a bonus. Would recommend

This place can get very busy and during the summer it is very hot downstairs! However there is a lot of seating downstairs. You can play beer pong which is greaf fun. It is good place for a cockatil or any drink. Food was ok too.

Fairly basic basement bar with usual range of drinks and burger based food menu.
