Our overnight stay was enhanced by a wonderfully helpful member of staff from the check-in desk. She was cheerful, respectful & very welcoming.

This hotel has a great location (literally a few steps from North Acton tube station, across the road from Costa, Dominos and Tescos). It's also just a couple of tube stops from Westfield shopping centre. But the hotel really excels with regard to their staff. They were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Halina and Wendy. My daughter and I had a really stressful day in London before arriving and I can't express how great it was to have them make the check in progress effortless. They also gave specific tips and advice regarding getting around the area that was very helpful and appreciated. Awesome breakfast also included.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the heating in the room did not work at all and was just blowing cold air, on the coldest nights so far this year, we had to ask for extra duvets to keep warm. The TV channels didnt work only 2 channels we could watch. The housekeeping took away dirty glasses but left behind leftover food from the night before which was sat right next to the dirty glasses so our room smelt all day. Breakfast wasnt great either, the food on the buffet looked like it had been sat there for several hours, the sausages were completely shriveled up. Only plus side was the tube station right beside the hotel.
