The aim of the game here is to cook your food yourself: guests choose and boil their broth, before adding sauces, meat, veg and noodles. Broth-wise, you can choose from the likes of herbal drunken chicken, or a pork stomach, chicken and pepper mix, while sides include egg noodles or rice cakes. Elsewhere on the menu, starting snacks see vegetable spring rolls and Japanese pork gyoza, and there are Japanese beers and fruity cocktails on hand to quench your thirst.
