With over 1700 sqm of event space, the ILEC Conference Centre boasts one of the largest convention spaces in London, being the perfect place for conferences, gala dinners, wedding receptions and much more with capacity up to 1200 people.

The venue's main feature is its spectacular 1200 sqm, pillar-free London Suite. Already best known for has recently completed a massive transformation to upgrade the room adding an additional 3 modular space for optimum flexibility. The redesign permits numerous configurations, creating new levels of bespoke event possibilities. Besides, the 5x5 m loading bay door located at street level allows you to bring your goods into the room with no difficulty. Five additional syndicate rooms, all with natural daylight and air conditioning, can accommodate from 2 to 60 delegates and are ideal as break-out rooms, hospitality lounges or organiser offices.

The Conference Centre also hosts the international-class hotel, Ibis London Earls Court.

The London Suite will open up a world of possibilities to any event up to 1200 people. With its 1260sqm of pillar free space and 5m high ceiling, the space can be split into 9 modular spaces for optimal flexibility. Space rules

Cancellation policy

In the event that the Customer has to cancel all or part of the event cancellation charges will apply. Total event revenue includes accommodation charges. All cancellations must be made in writing. London Suite: - Between 12 and 6 months prior to the event date 30% of total cost of the total event revenue - Between 6 months and 3 months prior to the event date 50% of total cost of the total event revenue - Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event date 75% of total cost of the total event revenue - Less than 1 month 100% of total cost of the total event revenue All other Meeting Space: - Between 6 months and 3 months prior to the event date 25% of total cost of the total event revenue - Between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event date 50% of total cost of the total event revenue - Less than 1 month 100% of total cost of the total event revenue The Hotel will make every effort to resell cancelled event space and accommodation and a reduction in the cancellation fee will be applied should the Hotel be successful.
