In the heart of Covent Garden and set in London’s original flower market, London Transport Museum has three unique event spaces available for hire.
The interactive Museum Galleries can be hired before public opening for naturally lit breakfasts under the Victorian glass roof, and after hours for memorable evening events. Guests enter through the immersive World City Walkway and then have exclusive access to two floors of London’s rich transport history. Highlights include an iconic collection of red Routemaster buses, early Tube carriages and an Elizabeth Line driving experience. The quintessential backdrop is complimented by integrated branding opportunities and bespoke menus delivered by some of London’s finest caterers, carefully selected due to their excellence. The Galleries can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner, 400 guests for standing receptions and 200 guests for seated breakfast events.
The Cubic Theatre is a purpose-built auditorium featuring 121 distinctive moquette seats, perfect for conferences, training sessions and film screenings. A high-spec short throw projector ensures slick presentations, whilst a DCI/DCP projector and Dolby Digital surround sound offers a full cinema experience. The adjoining Foyer can be used for registration, catering and breakouts with great branding opportunities. All guests are welcomed to visit the Galleries, making for inspiring breaktimes.
Smaller celebrations are welcomed to Canteen. Situated at the front of the Museum, Canteen has views over Covent Garden piazza and is flooded with natural daylight. Featuring decommissioned furniture from the London Underground network and the Museum’s vintage poster collection, Canteen is perfect for informal gatherings, small cocktail receptions and networking events.

Great museum with some really interesting and nostalgic exhibits. Covers the first underground trains and early buses up until modern times.....Not a big museum but very interesting content, spent 3 hours going round. Buy tickets online for timed entry and ability to go back for following 12 months.

London Transport Museum is really cool, there is something for everyone. It's really awesome to see the history of the tube and how important it has been to London over the past 150+ years. I loved looking at the historical advertisements - my favorite is included in the review.

Everyone living and commuting in London should visit this museum at least ones! Well shown history, many interactive games and plenty of beautiful artwork pieces! Take a walk along the old trains, sit down in old northern line or plan your own city using huge digital simulator. Don’t miss out tube during the war and ladies working for the canteen part! Certainly super interesting and fun not only for adults but kids too.

Interesting look at the history of London transport through the ages. Very good for educating children on how the different modes of transport have developed with technology. There is a cafe and toilets on site. Adults pay for entry, while children upto 17 are free. Advisable to book entry times before your visit so that you are not disappointed on busier days.

Great museum with lots of exhibits. Bought a annual pass. The cafe is a great place to have a rest with great food. Lots for children to do during the holidays. Plan to go back when it's not half term. Personally I prefer the Acton depot.
