The first floor studios have been designed to suit a variety of creative professionals. There is a range of self-contained spaces / offices suitable for photography and fashion design.
There are also 10 music studios / production rooms. The comfortable communal lounge and kitchen offers a place for some ‘down time’ and the opportunity to connect with other members.
