February 2024Everything was excellent and the service was also wonderful. The staff were wonderful and I got early entry without fees. I also requested a larger room and the price was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and in the heart of London and close to all places for shopping and eating. I recommend dealing with the employee Navneer.

April 2024Thank you for the smooth checkout Payal! I had such a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend staying here. A colleague and I stayed here for a seminar on blockchain. Had a lovely stay. Staff are very helpful, the in hotel food is also high quality. Alternatively there are lots of places you can order from in the area. The hotel has great views and excellent access to shops.

April 2024Never mind the quality service when all goes well, what you require is a hotel which helps when things don’t go well. A very poor experience. Recently stayed and the lifts were out of service after a fire alarm test. Unable to get a heavy case down to check out. Staff told me on the phone they were unable to do anything to help. Cleaners showed me the stairs. The fire doors turned out to be locked at the foot of the stairs so had to climb up again to use a different staircase. Was offered a weak apology by management and no offer of a remedy to the situation. Yes the hotel is in a good location and clean(ish); yes they have a security guard at the door; no they don’t help when you need it and management don’t care. Avoid this hotel in my opinion.
