Personable, professional and helpful We initially signed up for a short term lease and couldn't be happier, in fact we've just extended it! The staff here at St Paul's, have all been amazing. They know your name, nothing is too much and they are always willing to help. If I can name people of merit Maria, Tony, Alberto and Grenville are brilliant ambassadors, the staff always make you feel welcome, and are on hand for those last minute requests. Thank you.

We have been in this Regus building for over two years. I have noting but positive things to say about the Regus team. The Operations Manager Maria Malta who is incredibly helpful is also delightful person to work with, she deals with the issues and efficiently fixes them which make it all very easy and a pleasant place to be, knowing they are there to support you. The reception is always immaculate and we are very happy with the way things get delivered to us by Maria Henao who's lovely. The maintenance of the building has massively improved since Alberto joining Regus, it's lovely to have him at hand, he is a very helpful man. The security guards are absolutely amazing. After the refurbishment the building looks great.

The team at St Martins House are great and they ensure that their clients needs are met to the best of their abilities and they are always willing to go that extra mile. The facilities are reasonable and the team will always try and meet their clients request if additional services are required. The building itself is located right by St Paul's tube with access to the central line making transit across London very easy, complimented by the district and circle line being a few minutes away at Mansion House. For those wishing to brave the elements New Change is a welcome distraction for all the shoppers and weather permitting St Paul's gardens are a great break from the office.

Poor cleaning staff, did try to fix things that went wrong but would take an awfully long time to resolve issues. Things like toilet paper in the rest rooms were always finished
