St. Ethelburga's Centre is a stunning venue situated near Liverpool Street. It provides a fantastic combination of intimacy and grandeur with original 14th century arches providing the backdrop to the main space. Destroyed by an IRA bomb in 1993, it has been rebuilt with modern features and offers a unique and memorable space for any event. It is equipped with WiFi and has an in-house projector and sound system available in the main space.

The Bedouin Tent is a circular space, ideal for meetings and away-days, intimate gatherings and workshops, while the Nave offers a spectacular space for larger events.

We can offer catering from light refreshments right up to a fully staffed service. Or, for if you are an individual or small charity, simply bring your own and use our kitchen.

This is a place like no other!

The Nave at Seventy Eight Bishopsgate is a fantasic multi-purpose space that can be used for dinners, meetings, conference spaces, workshops, talks as well as parties, concerts and music events.

The nave provides a unique setting, a combination of the original church structure framed by modern glass and white walls. It seats 90, with standing room for 120, but is equally suitable for smaller groups.

The space is equipped with a lectern, theatre style lighting, flip charts and an upright piano. It benefits from an integrated professional sound-system, DVD player, digital audio recording facilities, a data projector and laptop with wireless mouse.

It was a nice venue, we had gone there for an event it was not too small but not too big either shows that it's quite a good space for events. There is a nice little outdoor area too.

What a beautiful sanctuary nestled in the heart of the city! St Ethelburga's is a wonderfully peaceful place. I was there for a workshop and it was a great space to use, it's also be perfect for weddings and other ceremonies. Geoff the caretaker was lovely too. Highly recommended :)

Peaceful garden hidden in the middle of steel and glass building. There is a construction site next to it so it’s a bit noisy, but otherwise this is a great place for respite.

I was here on the 11th for the Antarma Live event with friends. I have been to other events like this and this one was truly magnificent. It was entertaining and the sound quality just blew us away.
