A PROPER PUB WITH ALL THE BOXES TICKED Here at the Honor Oak we bring you a cracking local, but with a difference.

Let's start with Beer. We pour some very exciting craft beers from local breweries as well as Laine’s craft beers and an expertly selected wine menu.

The Food. We have a brand new menu and we keep updating it to suit the changing seasons and tastes of our customers.

Events. From Life Drawing to DJ's to Pub Quiz: have a look at our program.

We have also added a bar to the function room to save you the bother of the stairs, as well as astroturf and heated booths to the garden. We even added a traffic light and a wall alive with luscious foliage, because….. why the hell not?

Fully enclosed and situated close to our main bar, this beer garden is a hidden gem. Covered in astroturf and containing 3 heated cabanas this outdoors space offers the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely pint at any time of the day. Dogs are welcome (with well-behaved owners)

It's perfect to celebrate any occasion with your nearest and dearest or even your office colleagues.

We go for the Open Mic Night most weeks (now on a thursday) and never fail to feel welcome, well fed and well entertained. Anyone is free to sign up to sing, play or recount a joke or two and it is one of the few places where it just feels non- pressured, fun to be there and just be part of it all. The staff are lovely and the food is very moorish. The pub has a great family vibe even on nights without the entertainment.

Disappointed with the staff that are too concerned about going out for cigarette breaks & drinking alcohol from a shop-bought can! The establishment is nicely decorated to sit & chill but the inattentive staff is a put-off. Dog-friendly... 🐕 Sorry to rate this so low but the management needs to address this issue when paying customers are ignored and seems like it's an inconvenience that you want to be served & acknowledged.
