Very smart and well kept hotel, yet very reasonably priced. Really nice rooms, have been in other London hotels that despite huge lobbies, the room is barely bigger than the bed, quite the opposite here. Really good reception staff as well, despite arriving at 11pm

Stayed two nights. Room clean with TV and tea and coffee making, although it was in the wardrobe so took up space for clothes . Filled the kettle and it leaked all over the shelf because the level window was cracked. We did get a replacement. The bed was very firm so if you are used to a soft mattress it is a bit uncomfortable. We had a lower ground floor room. The view out of the window was one of a tip. The passage from our room to the lift was a mess. There were a number of service rooms near us so it was noisy from early on. We couldn't use the safe because it had been left locked and we couldn't enter our own number. We reported this to reception, waited 40 minutes for someone to come then went out with our valuables in our bag. It never was sorted. All this and the rumble of the underground trains made our stay somewhat disappointing.

I was extremely annoyed … staff was very slow to deliver and process the formalities. Took 45 minutes, which other hotels take 10-15 minutes to check in…. At chek in informed For early 5 am departure and requested for breakfast… they denied as we didn’t inform on time …( at check in….. still late!😳🧐) I won’t recommend this hotel from service point of view

Noisy rooms and a loud party in corridor. The view was directly into the service area and storage cupboards 2 m meters away. The underground trains can be heard. One the noisiest hotels I have stayed in. Room was very clean and management were good, but avoid allocation to the ground floor. At the time of booking if the bad view and noisy room I would have booked elsewhere.

NEVER STAY HERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Mattress rock solid and dipping on one side making it an awful night sleep. Hotel refuse to refund and inform that they never provide refunds. Spend your money elsewhere the manager is also extremely rude, I'll be getting my money back whether they like it or not.
