Had a full English breakfast here (there was nothing full about it as it lacked most components you’d typically expect, most notably toast, which I was charged £4 for atop the £14 for the tiny breakfast). A small orange juice came in at £4.50 and wasn’t displayed on the menu so you had no warning of the extortion. Coffee was good but again £4.10 each for a tiny cup… I gave an extra star because the poached eggs were genuinely perfect and they deserve credit for that.

Ordered from the "express" 25 minute menu and had to chase our starters after 20 minutes. Restaurant was quiet as well. Arrived at 17:00 to be told the restaurant will be shutting at 18:00, not the advertised 19:00. Food quality bang average, had the wings to start and burger for main. Burger bun was quite dry and the burger itself was nothing special. No one cared when we told them we needed our food ASAP due to our flight boarding. Spoke to the woman at the front of house and she was the least caring/most miserable of the lot. All of this paired with extortionate prices. Incredibly cheeky to add on a £3 cover charge and an optional service charge of £10.65 to the bill as well. Doesn't feel very optional when it's automatically added on. Ballsy to even put it on there when our starters arrived 25 mins after ordering and having worse service than you'd see in McDonald's. Travel through T5 quite a bit for work and definitely won't be rushing back there. Save yourself a lot of money/disappointment and grab a meal deal in the Boots next door.

Decent food and I was impressed by the courteous and perceptive front-of-house staff. But shockingly overpriced even taking into account airport prices and the Ramsay name. I got the feeling that the place had been started with great ideas but allowed to slip over time. Romero pepper and tomato soup was fine, but my partner makes something with more savour in our kitchen at home, and it sticks in my craw to pay £4.50 for some bread to go with it, even if the bread was perfect. Tagliatelle with wagyu/wine ragout was a rich and savoury 4/5, very good eats though not sensational. But all of this for £60, even including the bread and two glasses of wine? Next time I'm getting sandwiches from the shop next door.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The name of this restaurant is deceiving. You’d think any restaurant with Gordon Ramsay’s name on it would automatically be good or somewhat decent. This must have been the worst breakfast food I have had, even for an airport. I ordered poached eggs and toast with jam. The toast came out ice cold so I sent it back and they just reheated it and it was rock hard. The food is very very plain and tasteless. The service could be better too. Gordon Ramsay would not be impressed!
