June 2018We stayed at this hotel for our sons wedding in the area. As all the family where staying we had the run of the hotel. All rooms were excellent. The staff were very helpul and attentive and look after us all extremely well. Food was great and atmosphere was very relaxed for the whole 4 days. Would highly recommend this hotel.

January 2019Lovely hotel, very welcoming staff. It was a Sunday night in early january so the food offering was pretty limited which was a shame. Very accommodating of staying with an infant, rooms were clean and well maintained. Good breakfast too. Not the cheapest but definitely good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever in the area.

September 2018Very poor experience. Staff disinterested. Bedroom carpet dirty with hair and crumbs. Bathroom floor dirty with hair. Toilet not clean. Cold water sometimes works sometimes just splutters, same for toilet flush. Breakfast inedible. Pool not in working order. Booming music into early hours of the morning. Avoid

September 2018Luxurious, Karma and Sanctum this is most certainly not. Dirty, tatty with one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The 'heated pool' and hot tub were not working (but didn't look great to be honest). To cap it off the staff were having a party into the early hours with loud music. Grim.
