Perfect location in central Manchester. The spa was not as big as I thought it would be but it wasn't overly crowded due to the booking system. Rooms were decorated and furnished as nicely expected from a 5-star hotel and the bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend.

Couldn't fault my stay even if I wanted to be picky! Booked myself a night for my birthday so that I could tale myself out for dinner in town, splash about in the spa, and wake up in a gorgeous place. It over-delivered! From the stunning foyer and warm, efficient welcome at check-in to the surprise 'Happy Birthday' gateau that was waiting for me in my gorgeous room, I was thrilled from the very first moment. I trundled down to the spa and floated about in blissful surroundings under soothing lighting. The pool in the Goldilocks of hotel pools - not too big but not too small. Loved the steam room and sauna too. Comfy beds/sofas to lollop around on. Fresh water on tap. So pleasant I did it all again the next morning. After check out, I loitered in the foyer area to catch-up on some work emails and chat to a friend. Relaxed, comfortable, delightful. Highly-recommend, Can't imagine a better spot. For relaxed food and drink, wander over to Society for options on all fronts. Ezra & Gil over the road is a smashing spot for brekkie/brunch/lunch.

My partner and I have stayed twice at the Edwardian. The hotel absolutely lives up to the 5 star rating. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous and worth paying the additional money for. The spa facilities are wonderful and incredibly relaxing and the gym is well equipped by hotel standards. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back for our third visit in the New Year.

My second stay here in 5 weeks. A few of the staff remembered me, which gave a smile. The spa facilities are excellent. I found it very worthwhile to get up before 7 to use the pool at a quiet time. Great location, great facilities, superb food. I am exceptionally grateful to the staff for their excellent service and warm welcome. I've been experiencing the most challenging and lonely time of my life recently and the staff at the Edwardian helped ease the pain by making me feel at home. - Lily

The Edwardian is somewhere I’ve wanted to stay for a while and it was a great experience. The rooms are lovely and well furnished, with the coffee machine Nespresso being a welcomed addition. Also the walk in shower was great, along with the automatic blinds. As for the rest of the hotel, the lobby and the spa are brilliant, with the gym being top also. The only complaints I would have is that our rooms AC never really got that cold, so there were times that the room was quite warm, but not unpleasant. Also the pool area got super busy despite the hotel requiring hourly slots from the attendees. This meant we could never really relax as much as we wanted to unfortunately. People were overstaying their hours times and leaving towels on beds whilst leaving to go elsewhere, so there was a bit of a queue of people loitering about inside the pool waiting for beds to become available and it all felt a bit rushed unfortunately. Otherwise, brilliant stay at a lovely hotel, and the staff were great.
