Great location. We stayed for a gig at the Century Hall. After a heavy night on the Guinness we came back to the hotel bar for some drinks. Our barman, James, even made my very drunk girlfriend some buttery toast well after hours before we retired to the room. Brilliant hotel and great staff to boot.

Probably our best stay in Manchester. Our room was spotless. The staff are so friendly and helpful they really couldn't do enough for you. The club bar was surprisingly well stocked (I didn't expect to get prosecco its usually house white) Breakfast was fabulous. So much choice. Right in the heart of Manchester.Would stay again 100%.

Last visited January 2024 Booked a few rooms for friends and also stayed over myself. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Likes how the bathroom came with a separate bath and shower. Thumbs up for the prices and location.

Not the best hotel ive ever stayed in but it was ok. There was strange purple marks on the sheets? The shower was minute, the breakfast was very good and very efficiently run unlike the restaurant which had the world's smallest food selection and some strange choices on, also it was nothing like the online menu which is the only reason we went. Service was slow and sluggish, price wise I would class it as overly expensive. Also the room entry card kept resetting itself so had to keep going to reception to have it programmed again. Wouldn't go again.
