It was the best hotel I have stayed in Manchester. The room was great the staff was really nice and helpful plus happy to. The girl T. Was good with me and family. But the other girls are helpful to. I also had good chats with the night manager Ben. I am from Belfast and would definitely stay there anytime I'm in Manchester. Love you all Spencer3 . God bless 🙏

My stay in Manchester was made very comfortable by the staff here who made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked in! I think it was J & T who were on front desk, they had very bubbly personalities and had me sorted straight away. Room was super clean too and you can open the window! Thank you :)

Convenient Location and Seamless Check-in and Out The hotel’s location is ideal, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation hubs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Room was well cleaned and also maintained excellent hygiene standards. However, I would recommend the hotel to provide a dental kit for added convenience. Additionally, while the shower gel and shampoo were readily available, placing them at a certain height with a locking mechanism proved to be inconvenient as it required extra effort to access them.

Stayed here over 20 years ago when it was Jury's Inn, so when attending a concert at the Bridgewater Hall, it seemed the obvious choice as it is next door almost. First impressions are important for me and the first thing you see on entering are self check in screens a la Tesco. There are staff available to help. Anyway, I got to my room which was quite adequate. No complaints. Clean and cheerful. View from the window was a building site which did start working noisily around 7.30am. And that's the thing with this hotel, it's noisy. You're always going to get noisy guests but I found the plumbing noisy. Even the bath running on the floor above around midnight was quite disturbing. Went down to breakfast before 8am, not too busy. Excellent coffee, but the bacon was going hard, the sausages none to clever. Hash browns indifferent. Bit disappointed that though there was cheese in the cold section, there was no ham. It had all gone and was not replenished during the 25 minutes that I was breaking my fast. It is advertised at £14 a head. Can't comment about the staff 'cos there weren't many about and I spoke to no one apart from ordering a beer at the bar. But it's just one night and I'd stay there again mainly because of it's location and the "free bus" that makes it easily accessible.

Serviceable hotel in a great location for Manchester Convention Centre. The restaurant has lovely service but is more like a sports bar than somewhere you would want to enjoy food. The service at the front desk ranged from excellent (99% of the hoteliers) to terrifying but overall I'd stay again if I wanted a reasonably priced hotel with good rooms.
