Good breakfast, large well equipped room, prompt service at reception and with a smile. Gym pass offered for local Nuffield which is good as needed to book a hotel with gym. Dated in appearance but ok for a Manchester hotel. Not sure if there is parking available as I wasn’t driving.

When we arrived, there was only a little poster indicating where the car park was. There is no information about this on the booking information. The car park is very small and is a struggle for larger cars. The hotel itself was very nice. The corridors to the rooms look very prison style but the room itself was lovely. The bed was very comfy and it was very clean. The only thing i would say was that there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and the bed sheets did not cover the bed properly. We had breakfast in the morning which was lovely. A large selection of bakery, cooked breakfast and cereals. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Hotel is nice and clean. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. However, im currently sat in the hotel bar area where they serve food til late. The bar staff seemed far too busy to acknowledge me standing waiting to be served as they were doing shots of whiskey with another guest. I ordered food which came stone cold. I’ve stayed here before and had a nice experience, unlike my stay this time. I’m not usually one to complain but when you pay £330 for a single night in a hotel, you should expect more.

Have stayed here a few times and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is right in the City Centre close to all the shops and Arndale Centre and around Christmas time the Christmas Markets. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they do fantastic breakfast. You can sit an have a coffee on your own reading a book and feel totally comfortable. The rooms are clean & sorry.

Having booked a number of times I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Well situated in the centre with parking underneath. It's great for any shopping trip to the centre or a night out. This time we had a family room. Great comfy beds plenty of space. The breakfast is amazing.
