Beautiful place - enjoyed my first experience at Scene. Service, Quality of food and decor was 10/10. A quick prompt service also the waiters were ever so lovely and got us whatever additional things we may have required. To top it off the weather was beautiful so it was nice eating outdoor. Everything was delicious - couldn’t fault it. Thank you guys for a great service.

This place is actually huge. I was wondering if it would be possible to have a full evening mid week with so many tables, but it was super busy when I was there. The staff were friendly and efficient. However, we were waiting a while to pay our bill which was a bit annoying. It was very busy though, so I can understand why. The food was great. The menu is huge. Great choice, it actually has burgers on the menu, and I could see some people with something that looks like a deep dish quiche or something. They let you take your left overs home which I think is great, as I couldn't finish mine. Warning though, most things on the menu are 3 chillies, and they are quite spicy. Probably great for someone who can handle medium to hot but for people with sensitive taste buds they may struggle. The decor here is great, and there is a shesha bar at the front. Lots of great smells in the air. The only this I really think needs to change is the ladies toilets. When I went in, there were two cubicles with sanitary bins over flowing. Luckily I had already eaten at this point. I understand that staff probably aren't coming in and out of here all the time, but I think it needs a bit more attention. All in all, I'd definitely go back.

Server was moody and didn't know the own menu.

Possibly the worst experience I've had in a long time. We waited 30mins to be seated even though we had a reservation and had to ask numerous times for our table. Unfortunately the table we were given was dirty and we had to request for it to be cleaned. On arrival the card machine was broken in the restaurant but card payments were still working in the bar. After finishing the meal the staff were really unhelpful and refused to allow us to pay with the working machines. Instead we were forced to send payment via bank transfer which we were happy to do, but they didn't want individual transactions. They were expecting one person to pay which would usually be fine but not appropriate for a hen do. After another 30 minutes of being ignored and the staff avoiding making eye contact they reluctantly allowed us to pay separately. They refused to give us receipts for our payments and insisted on us showing them the transaction which was very intimidating. In addition, senior management was extremely rude and spoke to our group as if we were an inconvenience. There are so many better places in Manchester it's really not worth visiting. The staff ruined our hen party and didn't care. Awful experience and the food is average!

Attended to scene yesterday with my wife and friends. Customer service was pretty poor, have to constantly ask for waiters to assist in help. We had to wait over 1 hour 45 minutes for our mains to arrive, which was very disappointing, and even when they did arrive they didn’t taste very nice at all. It’s a shame really because we were looking forward to it. Would probably recommend going somewhere a little further out food, considering how busy the restaurant is, there is very little consideration and attention to its customers.
