The Three Swans Hotel, Exclusive Hire

Located in the heart of the historic town of Market Harborough lies Three Swans, a beautiful 16thcentury Coaching Inn. Complimented by friendly service from our knowledgeable team, we have a delightful choice of settings with a number of suites that are surrounded by our newly renovated courtyard and flowers, making us Winners of East Midlands in Bloom. We only host one wedding per day that guarantees you are our number one priority.
The purpose built Conference Suite in our inn can cater up to 160 reception guests and is host to its own lounge and bar. The function suites are modern and feature high ceilings and a luxurious marble entrance floor.
We would also be delighted to host your ceremony! This can take place within the Cygnet Room which can accommodate 50 guests, or the Fairfax Suite which can accommodate 68 guests. If you’re looking for a larger event space then the Cromwell Suite is perfect, accommodating for 160 guests. The Grand Room Suite is also available for your ceremony and can accommodate 86 guests.
Three Swans is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, allowing you to hold your entire celebration in one location. Your guests will be free to relax throughout your special day in our beautiful courtyard.
