I have stayed in the Thistle Marble Arch a few times whilst I’ve been on work trips. The hotel location is brilliant, the rooms are clean and comfy and the staff are brilliant. I’ve had the pleasure of Mihelia (spelt wrong sorry!) checking me on a couple of my stays and she has been so professional, friendly and helpful. I genuinely look forward to my next stay at the hotel!

The hotel is very nice and centre of London.Anousha helped us to give a bigger room she is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are bigger and spacious , Nice ambience..All of the staff are very helpful ..we will come back for sure. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. The location is ideal-1 block from Oxford Street, 2 minutes from Marble Arch tube stop and many restaurants nearby. Our king room was excellent-large by London standards, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

the location is perfect, the room size is good, however there’s only 2 lifts is working other 2 is out of order till mid of 2024 , waited for 20 min to get in lifts and sometimes less depending on time. i booked i double room but it was twin bed and connect them together which’s not comfortable you can feel it 2 bed instead of one. otherwise nice stay based on values of money.

Unprofessional reception welcoming, only 2 lefts are working in the whole hotel! Very disappointing dirty room! You can stay 10mins on line for just a house keeping request! Last ! For wheelchair ♿️ & baby’s stroller’s you need to use the service left from ground floor to 1st floor and then take the main left to your room! Can’t understand it really we are in 2024! Guys wake up!
