Had a great afternoon celebrating my big birthday with bottomless afternoon tea with a friend. Our waiter was called Vivian who was so attentive and helpful that it made our experience even more delightful. Enjoyed every moment. Well done to him and all the staff.

The hospitality was great from the moment we walked in to the hotel. The spa was very clean and the fact that we had all of it to ourselves was even better. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location: Opposite Marble Arch Station.

Really great hotel! I loved their coffee shop and the variety of snacks sold there.

A Hidden Gem!! A beautiful hotel, discretely nestled in Marble Arch. From the reception to the corridors and guestrooms, it feels like you've stepped out of the hustle and bustle of London, into the calming surroundings of a boutique hotel in the country. The service provided by the amazingly welcoming staff, is truly sublime. My only regret is I didn't pack my swimming trunks, because the swimming pool looked amazing!! Definitely my new favourite..

For a luxury hotel charges £500 per room per night the quality of service is very poor, especially if the service received at this hotel compare to somewhere like Mandarin Oriental. Some staff in the lobby are well trained and some are not. The person who served us has no good communication skills and is not suitable to accommodate guest without training. They forget turned-down services and to clean the room, babycot without bedsheet, and lots of miss communication. Rooms are small and the show is very disappointing. Executive lounge food selection is disappointing although Ahamed was a nice guy with great attitude. No apologies offered by any of the staff for everything they got wrong. Overall not a hotel I’m going to stay again.
