I loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay there a few years ago. However, I was very disappointed with my last visit to a cafe/restaurant area today. I had a business meeting there and arrived half an hour earlier to prepare. As I walked in, I was met by a waiter who told me straight away that I might be asked to leave since was not a guest at the hotel and the priority was given to the guests. To this I said, ok. Though at the time, the cafe was completely empty (it was 4pm). I asked for the menu and took out my laptop to set up for my meeting. The waitor came back and said that I will have to take my laptop away at 5pm and that this was the new policy of the hotel. I had to leave. This was a very disappointing experience. I used to take many of clients to this restaurant and enjoyed many bottles of wine with them there. I feel very discouraged to return to Marylebone hotel now.

We attended our friend's wedding reception at the Marylebone Hotel. Its an amazing venue for 30 of us. The staffs are very professional , smartly attired , very attentive and take great care to follow safety rules. The food was really good and on time. We had a wonderful day from 4pm to 10pm. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple thinking of getting a wedding reception in London.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes by walk from Oxford street. The staff are very nice and kind. The room is big, very elegant, very clean... the hotel has a very classic atmosphere but yet sophisticated. The bar from the hotel is nice and they do good cocktails. It's overall a very good place in London.

Such a great team of staff. Fab food, (expensive - but it’s London) super cocktails. I love staying here, nothing it too much trouble. Hospitality at its finest.
