This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff are wonderful and the rooms are quite big. Seconds away from some of the best bars and restaurants in London. I always have my family stay here when they visit me in London.

Excellent location, short walk of shopping areas, museums and metro station. My room was spotless clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel team was very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended. Thank you so much London Marriott Team for your hospitality.

We booked the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square for a quick visit to London for New Years. The location was good for access to what we were planning to do in London. The hotel was booked for a wedding so the room size I booked was not available when we checked in so we received a smaller room than desired. The room was clean but old with stains on the carpet from years of use. The window appeared to be the original from when the building was first built. The window would go up and down but did little to minimize the noise from the street. The bedding was nice with quality linens. The AC/Heat took a bit to figure out and it worked well after we learned how to use it. The M-Lounge was nice with decent offerings in the morning and afternoon. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, I expected a better room for the price but enjoyed the convenience of the location.

Most of the team were very friendly. The gentlemen at the front, David (?), was incredibly helpful. We had to wait close to 6PM for one of our rooms and the most we were offered was a round of drinks at the bar. The location is what you're paying for. For $800+ a night we expected a bit more.
