August 2021Great little pub, we played pool , Thursday night seems like a good night for pool. Played some good tunes on the jukebox. And had an excellent meal! The only unfortunate thing was that they don't sell tequila at all! Not even Desperado. But apart from that, I'll definitely go back .

October 2021What a find.. Such a great place to stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful The food in the restaurant was brilliant and great value. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The area is very quite, had a great sleep. Will stay again if we are in the area. Thank you all for a great stay

September 2021Friendly service, drinks served faultlessly. Large roasts served to order. Extra gravy when requested Apple crumble and custard for dessert. Good budget workmanlike food.great portions. No problems. Personally would have preferred honey glazed parsnips, otherwise no objections
