Located just three miles from Leeds city centre, the venue is set within gorgeous landscaped grounds which provide a stunning backdrop for your wedding photos.
Built in 1871 for a local textile mill owner, Woodlands is now privately owned and managed as a boutique hotel. The venue has been beautifully restored to echo the building’s former life while embracing modern style and décor throughout. From the function rooms and the restaurant, to each of our 23 individually designed guest rooms, the hotel is beautifully finished throughout.
We want you to have the wedding of your dreams. We have no rules and no set packages so that we can tailor your day specifically to you. Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand throughout the planning process to help you create the day of your dreams. If required, we can also recommend a list of trusted suppliers to hire.
We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and can accommodate weddings with between 30 and 200 guests. Alternatively, if you are planning a traditional church ceremony, there are two pretty local churches just a short distance from the hotel.
Your wedding at Woodlands will be an exclusive affair. We only hold one wedding per day, so we can guarantee you private access to the whole hotel and its gardens from 1pm on your wedding day to 11am the following morning.
