10 minutes into the city by bus just outside the hotel, perfect. Huge rooms and had an upgrade, high ceilings and old house into a Hotel. Very beautiful and original features. Lovely entrance and deco, staff were polite and helpful. Perfect hotel.

Stayed here on Sunday and it was fab. Thank you Lindsay and Kyla for great service as well as everyone else working. Rooms are great for a business trip, perfect location and venue looks stunning outside and inside. Lovely breakfast and nice evening atmosphere for drinks. Well done to Cameron and the team 👏

Great experience. Breakfast very tasty and lots of warm choices on demand. Bus line just in front of the place to go everywhere and anywhere. Back to the airport, zoo or back to the town centre. I liked the fact that we weren't in the city but on the outskirts. Room very comfortable with a nice towel warmer and a large tv. Bed you could stay in all day. Had a blast, will go again.

Me and my bestie stayed at this hotel recently during our holiday in Edinburgh. Despite the issue with the room and the service upon our arrival the first night, after further conversation with the management team everything was sorted out fast and easily. The location is grand and close to the city centre. The room was nice and warm however it wasn't the one we had booked in. The towels were not changed throughout the 3 days we stayed despite the available daily cleaning service. The room included coffee machine and tea for our breakfast which was handy.

Clean rooms, very comfy beds, and place have a character. Free fruit and drinks in reception. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor that was open late. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so it was quiet, the room didn't have an impressive view. The room had tea, coffee, water, and snacks. Plenty of towels, spare pillows, dressing gowns, slippers, hair dryer, and iron were also available to use. The shower could have an instruction, though, it took me ages to set warm water temperature, I still don't know how I did it Breakfast was well worth the money, for £15 you get a choice of hot meal plus a continental buffet that includes meat and fish platter, fresh fruit, yoghurt, jams cereal, various bread selection pastries and juice. Location is fairly close to centre, it was about 10-15min walk to tram stop. And trams were going every 7-10min. Overall, I would recommend staying here. And would stay there again.
